This is the urology department of the Main Medical Commission (GMK) that certifies crews for flight, a month before their launch. I'm sure there's a secret code, part of which involves the blue coats, but haven't figured it all out yet. Alec on the right is another great guy from the IMBP, who put me through all sorts of nasty tests in the initial trial by fire. I'd not advise anyone to try a Russian endoscopy or colonoscopy, but at least Alec kept me laughing.
