Moscow State University

This spectacular building is the main part of Moscow State University. It is one of seven gothic-soviet buildings designed in the Stalin years, called Stalin's Daughters. They are all striking, but MSU is by far the most dramatic. The university is built on top of a hill overlooking the Moscow river and the 1980 Olympic Stadium, and is one of Moscow's most scenic spots.
